1 Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using EditPro (available on Android, iOS, Desktop, and Web), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the application.
2 License & Ownership of Content
EditPro grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these terms.
Your Content Remains 100% Yours: You retain complete intellectual property ownership over all videos, photos, audio tracks, voiceovers, and creative works that you import, edit, or export using EditPro. We claim no ownership over your media.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any third-party audio, video, or image material you import into your timelines.
3 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (EditPro Pro)
EditPro offers both a free version and an optional premium subscription (EditPro Pro) that unlocks features such as 4K export, watermark removal, VIP transitions, premium audio effects, and unlimited tracks.
- Billing: Subscriptions and lifetime passes are processed directly through the official store billing platform (Google Play Billing or Apple App Store). EditPro does not handle or store credit card information.
- Free Trials: If you sign up for a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the trial expiration.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refund requests are managed in accordance with Google Play's or Apple's official refund policies.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use EditPro to:
- Create, edit, or disseminate material that promotes violence, unlawful conduct, copyright infringement, or harassment.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary algorithms of the software.
- Circumvent or tamper with digital rights management, license checks, or Pro feature validations.
5 Disclaimer of Warranties
EditPro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for extreme stability and high-performance hardware rendering, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation across all hardware configurations.
6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EditPro and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or media files resulting from your use of the application.
7 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will be published directly to this page with an updated effective date.
